All work performed at Premier Auto Body goes through a vigorous quality process. From planning and evaluation to assembly and delivery.

Step 1 - Planning and Evaluation

  1. 1. Confirm your claim number
  2. 2. Check your insurance policy's coverage
  3. 3. Schedule your repairs start and completion date
  4. 4. Provide authorization and signature for repairs to be completed

Planning

  1. 1. Confirm insurance companies receipt of damage report
  2. 2. Evaluate vehicles repair needs and furnish a cost estimate for the repairs
  3. 3. Submit estimates to insurance companies if required
 

Step 2 - Inspection and Repairs

  1. 1. Damaged parts are removed
  2. 2. Vehicle is inspected for any hidden damage
  3. 3. If additional damage is found we will notify the insurance company and provide a written supplement

Repairs

  1. 1. Damaged parts are replaced or repaired based on the evaluation plan
  2. 2. Vehicle is inspected to ensure repairs are completed and correct based on the evaluation plan
 

Step 3 - Preparation and Painting

  1. 1. Car undergoes prep stages of painting which includes cleaning, sanding, priming, sealing and masking.

Painting

  1. 1. Paint is mixed to match vehicles existing color
  2. 2. Multiple coats of paint are installed along with clear coat to add gloss and protection
 

Step 4 - Final Assembly and Delivery

  1. 1. Final parts assembly is completed
  2. 2. The vehicle is cleaned and inspected to Premier Auto Body's quality standards

Delivery

  1. 1. Customer is notified that the repairs are completed and a pick-up time is scheduled
  2. 2. The repairs are reviewed with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction
