Below are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions from our clients

Q: What are Premier Auto Body's hours of operation?

A: Premier Auto Body is open Monday – Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm, and on Saturday by appointment.

Q: How long does the repair process take?

A: Repair time is determined on a case by case basis and depends on the damage to your vehicle. Through our evaluation and planning process we help to determine a timeframe for when your repairs will be complete. Repairs do take time, but Premier Auto Body will do it's best to work with our clients and their needs.

Q: Does Premier Auto Body guarantee their work?

A: Yes, we have a lifetime guarantee on paint and body repairs as long as you own your vehicle

Q: Do I need to make an appointment for an estimate?

A: No, you do not need an appointment to receive an estimate, except on Saturday. Estimates can take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes, so if you need to setup an appointment to work into your daily schedule feel free to contact the office at 540-801-0220 or send us an email at premierbody@verizon.net .
